如果一直不理collection agency 打来电话, 以后会有什么法律上的麻烦吗？

几年前签了5年的煤气合同，因去年搬家，认为这合同就自动解约了。但这个骗子公司后来又打电话来说（他们没有我的新地址），要么继续用他的rate直到原合同结束，要么交部分的违约罚金，要么给他们证明我们新家不用gas。因为他们没我们的新地址，只是打电话，每次看到是他们的号码，就挂了。后来，他们可能就把我的电话号码给了collection agency，现在是几乎每天都有留言电话。如果一直不理他，会是怎样的结果？会有什么法律上的麻烦吗？
