离婚官司还没打完,贷款有将近10个月没有付了
之前请教过我是应该take over mortgage 还是让他foreclosure
现在法院送来东西,说贷款公司申请卖房子,估计就是进入法拍程序了
现在共欠21万多,文件说market price19万,force sale 17万,是不是说法拍的价钱就是17万?
那我应该把这个贷款接过来呢还是让他收走呢
我是不是有机会在17万把房子买回来,最高应该不超过19万吧
