人在加州请老猫帮助

我儿快三岁了，从十一月开始，几乎每个礼拜脸上都有抓伤，有些留下了疤。
上上个星期，我儿的鼻子被两个小朋友用玩具打伤，这个星期，旧伤还未好，又添新伤。
右脸四处抓伤，离眼睛很近，他的中国老师说是他自己抓，我们根据伤痕，不相信是他抓的。
因为担心他的安全，我们这个星期天通知他老师我们不去了，她当时没说什么，
今天她说我们必须付她三个星期，因为我们需提前三个星期通知她，不然就起诉我们
