老實說,在不知道您在那一州的情況下,真的很難告訴您,您所在的州是否容許您的要求. (各州有不同的規定, 所以你需要做的功課是看看你所在州的法律是否容許您 "A tribunal of YOUR State modify a spousal support order issued by a tribunal of another state having continuing, exclusive jurisdiction over that order under the law of that state"
