请问老猫或懂行的大侠

最近我老公的车被追尾了,有对方的保险公司公司的联系信息.我想问一下,一般是找自己的保险公司处理,还是直接找对方的保险公司赔偿.是不是都要付deductable.

还有,怎样可以让保险公司赔偿deminished value.以前也有过车祸,只把车修了,其他的补偿都没有.现在听朋友说还可以要求赔偿deminished value.请问是不是.
