where I live, I can file grievance against the attorney with the OLR (Office of Lawyer Regulation). I'm not sure if NJ has the similiar organization or not.

They are very slow though, I filed mine and has yet talked with any intake investigators.

If you leave me a contact info, we might be able to help each other in some ways?
