401 k 钱 晚进账户 如果公司倒闭

我老公的公司财务不稳 工资由直接入账改为支票
今天上网一查 发现 11 月份 401 的 钱 还未进账
如果公司倒闭 what we should do now
we want to cancel 401 but have to wait for March to adjust it
if the company bankrupt can we get rhe money back
