收到有律师的来信。房子06年买的,肯定appraisal价格降落15%左右。
律师收一半reductionamount. 另要付appriser 450美元。
说大概会降3000美元/年。
如果自己appeal,能降这么多吗?
律师是按小时付合算,还是付一半reductionamount好?
有没有做过的,share experiences?
