政府会不会告我啊？

请教：我的房子foreclosure了，之前一直在努力做loan modification，那个agent一直在说他在follow up，直到我的tenant被轰走，我才知道我的房子已经不属于我了。我该怎么办？ 我的租客是section 8，合同要到今年七月才到期，这个tenant被轰走，政府会不会告我啊？ 请有识之士指点，谢了。
