Update: 女儿在公立学校闯祸了

不少人关心这个贴子.今天去找了校长,尽可能的谈了老猫说的几点.有关School Discipline Code is:
PREVENTION OF BULLYING: Cyber-bullying (a form of bullying) involves the use of information and communication technologies such as email, cell phone, PDA's pagers, text messaging, instant messaging, digital cameras, personal computer, school computer, chat room, personal website, defamatory website, defamatory online personal polling website, to support deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior by an individual or group that is intended to harm other.
有关使用家用计算机的问题,学校意思是涉及学校孩子,学校有权管.
要求hearing: suspension 不够格.必须是更高的惩罚.
对话开始时,校长说"decision was made, I'm not going to change it". 对话结束时,学校表示向她的上面director汇报,如director撤消她的决定,她同意.
回来的路上,感到事情似乎有希望.为了使director不只听一面之词而下定论,就给director发了email.大致把理由又说一遍.下午收到director电话,说看了email,也找校长谈了,认为校长的决定已足够宽容(linient enough).维持原判.我又据理力争20多分钟,director 轻声细雨地说(soft spoken),明天再与校长谈.后天再答复.感觉希望不大.她再上面,还有一个Superintendent. 若再向上,就只好走legal的路了. SHOULD OR SHOULD NOT -- 这是一个头疼的问题.
