租房lease没到期提前几个月搬走, 房东会上法庭吗?

没办法, 换工作, 提前两个月通知了房东, 房东说要不就把剩下几个月的钱补齐, 不要
就找人sublease.
如果没找到人, 我准备直接走人, deposit不要了.

房东会上法庭告吗? 我的意思是, 大家觉得房东上法庭的可能性大不大.
