我在和先生协商离婚， 两个人基本同意不用Lawyer。 我最近正要辞职， 因为感觉到自己overloaded， 需要一个break。有3个孩子， 都还是minor， 如果我现在辞职， 会不过被mediator/court认为是恶意的？ 先生收入比较高， 有很多贷款。 我辞职会不会影响我监护孩子的权利？ 我会有Alimony吗？

我是很累， 想辞职已经有几年了
