rent house to section 8 people

i got a new job and have to move to other state. i have a townhouse to rent out and i got only a few days left before my move. right now, only people show solid interest is a section 8 people. a mom with two daughters(one in college and one in middle school). they look like very nice person. shall i rent the house to them. or other choice is a property management company can do it for me with $400 for renting house plus 8% of rent for monthly mgt fee. which way would you choose and why?
