看你LG从事的职业, 可以走EB2的特别途径NIW; 如果你劳工在同行业成效显著, 可以走EB1, 二者都不需要劳工卡, 也快(大约2-3年). 具体步骤移民律师会给你详细告知的.

F1可以随办绿卡, 绿卡下来想读什么书就读什么书, 不需要F1 VISA.
