请教单身老猫及其他热心人:

我堂哥和他老板闹僵了,恐职位不保.为维持H1身份,想知道以下的法子行不行得通.

我能不能注册一个公司雇他?我现在是I140APPROVED,还在等排期.以我的身份,能注册公司吗?

另:如果我能注册公司,雇我堂哥会不会有FRAUD之嫌(我们是亲戚),能帮他办理绿卡吗?
