Why we believe there are some safety design defects is based on the following two facts:
1) The distance between stair and bench is too close. When the kid stuck by stair, the head will definitally be hit when falling down.
2) The edge of bench is too sharp without protective function for kids.
We acknowledge, as parent, that we should take part responsibility. But Park needs to take some responsibility as well.
