Someone with a similar name. As long as that so-called medical department has not sent you any bill, don't worry about it. You can write the credit bureaus to clarify the situation but from my own experience, it does not matter. My credit reprt says that I withdrew $5000 cash from a credit card and never paid back. I did nothing with it and I have no problems getting loans etc and my credit score is the highest bracket.

So don't worry and try to fix it if you want to.
