关于分居从何时开始算起，及separation agreement,请教各位高手

分居从何时开始算起？是不是两人签了 Property Separation Agreement那时才开始算分居？在此之前分居不算的是吗？因为也很难证明不是吗？

还有，separation agreement，哪里有比较好的样本？是不是网上购买样本是最好的途径？自己写可以吗？用很平实很普通的语言，法庭会承认吗？

我刚打电话去我们那里的法院，问他们有何规定的文件、表格等，他们说他们没有得，一切都是靠自己准备的文件。
