Does anyone meet same problem

i apply for I-90, I-485 and I-130 on May 5,2004, and my attorney received the notice of my interview from immigration office , i didn't receive it, but my attorney didn't inform me on time , so i miss this interview. my interview time is on 10 July. almost 20 days past, and my attorney say immigration office mail a letter to inform my case has been denied because i miss this interview. So what should i do now? how to compensate my case? Is there any opportunity that i can apply to rearrange my interview time? Can i sue?
