這位朋友所說的應該可以讓您清楚的做一個決定.
First of all, it's unlikely that your health problems/conditions were caused by a few bites of an undercooked burger. (In this post you write "...after eating tha burger." but in another post you wrote that you only had a few bites...)
You weren't the only person who purchased & consumed an Angus burger at that particular McDonald's on that particular day. If in fact it was undercooked as you describe, I'm sure another patron received their burger the same way - undercooked.
Did you contact the Manager in due time (show evidence ie. the pics &/or the actual burger) to inform him/her of the undercooked food? A phone call even?
Did you contact McDonald's Corporate Office?
And as a last resort, I would think you would have called the local Public Health Department to report your case...?
After all, this is a serious allegation that wouldn't & shouldn't be taken lightly...
You write, "I was sick for about a week after eating tha burger." - when were the pics taken? Sorry, I'm trying to piece this together - taking pics of the food, when? Right after you got sick? And how long after you took a few bites did you experience sickness?
FYI: food poison doesn't mean someone poisoned your food.

By the way, it's "gastritis" & if you believe that it was brought on by that undercooked burger, I'm not a doctor, but - that's doubtful. Anyway, I'm assuming it's "acute" gastritis & are you experiencing any other symptoms?
Acute gastritis may be caused by certain medications, alcohol, eating or drinking corrosive substances (like Coca-Cola for example), extreme physiological stress & infections.
It's also associated with a severe, acute illness, or trauma.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome - were you actually diagnosed?

Again, I'm not a doctor, but people file frivolous lawsuits everyday. Be prepared to answer harsher questions than I posed & be able to back everything up with facts.
You wrote that you can't even hold a job anymore after a few bites of an undercooked burger? Sounds a little far-fetched, but if it's true I'm sorry for your condition & the agony it has brought to your life.
I think you believe the Angus burger made you sick, but honestly honey, it could have been a number of things.
Also, to help ease your irritable bowel, you need to stay away from McDonald's because some food and drinks that may cause or worsen symptoms include
* fatty foods, like french fries
* milk products, like cheese or ice cream
* chocolate
* alcohol
* caffeinated drinks, like coffee and some sodas
* carbonated drinks, like soda
Good Luck to you whatever you decide...
