Please help!

I posted a thread "Is it a bank scam? Pls help!" on monday and recievd many suggestions, thank you all very much!

We decided to quit this purchase after reviewed all of the suggestions. We signed the purchase agreement on monday, but not pay the deposit yet. If we quit, do we need to pay the deposit? Or is there any trouble will happened?
