和租的人据付房租, 该怎么办?

和我们和租的人,大家一起sign的lease,但是现在他不付房租,还不肯搬走,请问除了去small claim 告他,有什么办法能让他快点走人啊? 是不是只有找警察了? 谢谢各位了
