Aetna 不付我的牙医保险

做了一个牙冠，居然说那个牙是在以前中国拔的，不是在保险的 covering period 里拔的，(我一直都戴一个假牙)，所以不付。
我要\\\怎样去argue 或者怎样去sue 他们呢？
