有经验的情帮帮忙吧。拿了张交通罚单，

因为在高速上误开进exit的线，因为塞车车速很慢，想换换不过来了，最后到了实线才换过来，被以“fail to follow the right lane must exit sign"发了罚单。
我觉得我不是不想换线而是不能。就以此为理由寄出了trial by written declaration。请问如果输了还能上traffic school吗？另外我这个情形胜出的几率有吗？
