想问老猫一个问题

美国的劳工法对律师事务所的律师不起作用吗？我老公每天没日没夜干，常常到凌晨一两点才回家，而第二天是照常要上班的，这样都好两年了，昨天更是到早上6点多才回来。大家都说律师是高收入，可是平均一下他们工作的时间，挣得真是少，因为美国律师事务所工作的律师工资都是固定的，干得再多也是这样。我很心疼我的老公。想问老猫，你觉得这种情况在律师界会一直下去吗？真是有点摧残身体。有点不平，就借你这里发泄一下了。大家不要砸我，老公当然比钱重要，我都让他找退路了。可是退路也不是一天两天就能有的。现在的经济，外面的工作还不是那么容易找。
