How do you get evidence that I caused you to lose sleep?
To sue me would not get you back your sleep. You may lose more sleep. And how much do you ask for compensating your lost sleep?

You can ask for $1 m, I said zero, then Judge says $1dollar, done! You win the case and pay thousands to lawyer, I lost case and pay you $1. I talk to you, you should have asked me directly for a dollar earlier to avoid such lenthy battle.
