Using AP and H1B

Some theory guys, you can stop "logic" reasoning for this issue.

from officer Briden:
"Using Advance Parole will not affect your H1b status during the stated validity period of the status, you can still use H1B to work and (visa) to travel after you use AP."
"I am surprised that you did not apply for EAD when you apply for AP, using EAD could cause your H1B invalid."
"I do not care what layers say, I am only telling you our regulations."

Officer Huis (after consulting his supervisor):
"A person can have both H1B and AOS at the same time, one can use either H1B visa or Advance Parole to travel, either outcome will not destroy the dual status."
