life, liberty and pursue of happiness mean? Your ex-bf
is another individual, he doesn't belong to you. If you
are mad at anyone, it should be your ex-bf if he made
promise to you.

With a good lawyer, you may be able to get off by paying
for the damage. With your common sense, going to court by
yourself will be a big mistake.
