I would suggest not to make decision whether to go to trial or accept DA's deal now. Wait and see. Maybe the DA will dismiss the case if you complete certain diversion programs.

On the other hand, taking trial really takes too much. You want to think through it - if it is really worth it? If you get certain deal which does not harm too much for the future (I believe this will be the case), you can still think about accepting it.

Anyway, nobody can get absolute justice through whole life - whether and how you want to fight for it or not depend on too many factors.
