求助:ebay's phone card dispute

I bought a virgin mobile phone card on 08/11/09. The seller posted it will expire on 12/01/2009. I tried it on 09/12/09 and found the pin number was already expired. In back of card, it reads" The card value will expire one year from the purchase date". Obviously, this one was purchased more than one year. I contacted the seller and he(she) insisted he bought it on Dec 15,2008. But he can't provide receipt. I already put this issue in paypal's dispute center. Is it possible I can get money back?
