请热心的知道的人帮忙。。。

我国内的朋友让我帮忙从美国买几个工业用的东西，是公司里面用，我问过他们为什么不能直接买，他们说如果直接买，牵扯到进出口的问题，所以让我从美国这边买了，再给他们寄回去，我也不知道这么做可行吗？有什么要注意的吗? 如果知道，麻烦大家告诉一声，实在是个法盲。谢谢大家。
