It seems that the PA law requires me to stay within the state. If I'm out of the state while I'm claiming for the Unemployment benefit, I have to provide them that I'm looking for jobs that matching my current one. If I provide incorrect information, penalty is very serious. Obviously, my trip to china will be vocation, no job hunting related.
Can I stoped claiming for one and half month and reactive it once I come back.
Thanks for any kind of help. I'm hesitate to call the UC service center. They will ask my social security number everytime I call them
