租客通知我不再续租 help

租客通知我不再续租晚了，5月4号通知我，6月1号到期。我可以扣security deposit吗？按照合同应该至少提前1个月。
她已经同意一些deduction，还剩一半，我说这个作为late notice penalty。 她说要上法庭。

我不知道这个扣除合理吗？
