本人有一个两室、两卫的condo出租,03/17/2013收到homwowner association的主管来信反映我的房客is running business out of the property, 要求立即驱逐房客(3/18/2013),否则每天罚款$5. 经与房客了解,他在卖used car, 有商业执照,但由于每有固定场地,车停在property 外面路边,但否认“ work on cars inside the property, wash cars on the property or the stree with the properties water". 经与房客协商,双方同意最迟到6-30-2013搬出,因为房客刚有一个1个月大的小孩,需要时间重新租房,但HOA来信”The fine is still in force and being applied to your account DAILY and will do so until the issue is resolved and we receive written confirmation that it has been resolved. I am not sure that a date on 6-30-2013 is reasonable as that is more then 90 days and seems way too long.“
请问HOA的要求合理吗?每天罚款$5 并累积直至房客搬出是否有依据?我该怎么处理?
