求助， 前房主no disclosure

刚买房半年，前天无意与邻居聊天时得知这个房子曾记有roof leaking, 一小块plywood上长过mold(他去看过）。前房主的disclosure form 上提到lroof repair, and water damage. 但是没有在"do you know any past or present mold growth＂ 一问选Yes. 看起来前房主在卖之前修好了屋顶，换了plywood. （有invoice). 房子现在没有霉菌的迹象。 Close时前房主也出具了clear的mold inspection report。感觉受骗了。如果买房前知道mold的问题， 可能不会要。 至少可以用来还价。还不知道今后会不会影响健康。 请问我可以sue前房主和selling agent nondisclosure 吗？ 如果胜诉， 大致能有什么补偿?
