4月9日，印度塔塔汽车公司生产的号称世界最便宜的Nano小汽车在印度开始正式发售。普通型的Nano小汽车每辆售价仅为两千美元左右。Nano发动机排量仅0.62升，最高时速105公里，车身大约长3米，没有方向盘助力、电动车窗和空调。
