呵呵,生鸡蛋直接搅拌均匀到冷米饭中,放入热油中翻炒,放姜蓉(关键的材料,驱寒和增味),然后放香肠碎(我最喜欢有甜味的台湾香肠)豌豆油菜碎翻炒,最后放海苔碎,胡椒(可不放)和一点盐(我不爱放酱油),最后松仁等装点。真的很好看好吃,缺点是,控制不住吃了两碗。
