姐妹们, 如何让特易惊醒的婴儿好好睡觉?

宝宝二十几天了, 但这半个多月已经把我们和我父母折腾得不行了. 宝宝好象特别容易受惊吓, 一点响声,他就好象特别害怕. 睡觉的时候, 他自己的手伸一下, 他就会醒, 稍微响一点的声音, 他也会醒. 所以他睡觉的时候, 我们都不敢大声说话. 而且, 他睡觉的时候, 脸上经常会有很痛苦的表情, 两手还会在脸上噌, 这时候, 我们就必须把他的手握住, 不然他马上就会哭. 他也会把我们的手紧紧的抓住, 特没有安全感的样子. 他这样一来, 睡觉几乎过几分钟就要醒来, 我们只好一直握着他的手, 才能让他睡的踏实一点. 现在几个大人都围着他转, 都被弄的精疲力尽了. 不知道别的小婴儿怎么睡的? 姐妹们, 有没有什么办法?
