画画是可以治愈焦虑抑郁，也是陪伴，我没学过，但现在网上有很多视频，看看谁都可以画画

疫情期间心里很烦，不怎么出去也有点抑郁。就整天画画消磨时间，脑子就不想乱七八糟的事了。

我画了很多看上去很幼稚的画，不好意思贴出来，选了几张贴出来。画画时什么都忘了，身心愉快
