老留当年走线的必经之道“二流三流PhD", 如今被砍，现在的小留又失去了一个拿绿卡的通道。

500万的金卡绿卡，应该不会有很多人申请。

Elon没有读过PhD, 可能没有看到美国强大，是有强大的大学科研的支持，不清楚这些经费占美国总体多少，省了这仨瓜两枣，对以后美国长期的影响。

今天新闻说邮局会砍1万人左右，邮局整体有63万员工。
