今天想file加州的LLC tax

去年成立的两个LLC想到时买房子用，本来说一个要$800 一年，今天一查，有个惊喜：

For tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2021, and before January 1, 2024, LLCs that organize, register, or file with the Secretary of State to do business in California are not subject to the annual tax of $800 for their first tax year. 具体的情况大家有需要的可以看看这里：
