剥皮洋鱼三吃

     两年前回国，想不到已前最普通的剥皮洋鱼竟成了新宠，老死一定要点上几条，觉得还可以。前星期日去超市买菜，看见有新鲜的剥皮洋鱼，价钱不贵，就买了几条，要趁新鲜，就想着不同的方法做了三餐，希望大家喜欢。

一、浸剥皮洋（清蒸差不多，做小鱼时不易失手----老火）  

 
浸鱼的材料


多么新鲜的剥皮洋


姜葱切丝


煲一锅水，水滚下鱼，鱼下离火，五分钟后的后果


铺上姜葱


淋上酱油，再浇上滚油


二、蒸盐卤剥皮洋鱼（用两汤匙盐将鱼腌一晚）


将鱼清洗净，只加姜葱和一点生油（最好是花生油），什么也不用加。


蒸几分钟即成，在咸鱼和鲜鱼之间，口感很好，三种做法，本人最爱。


三、红烧剥皮洋鱼（人人都会）


用油先将鱼煎香


鱼在煎时，用蒜头，姜，原豉酱，生抽，糖和一点水，没水很快会焦，但不能加太多，否则鱼会老


鱼煎成两边金黄


酱汁收浓，上碟加点葱花


外金黄，内白嫩，正好。拿酒来！
