When kids are between ages 2 and 3, they are active enough but do not know much about being right and wrong yet.  So they make a lot of troubles.  Americans called kids at this age "terrible two". My friends' girl at terrible two time saw their parents placing video tapes in the VCR.  When her parents were away, she followed by inserting melting chocalate into VCR.
