Both Steve Jobs and Bill Gates tried to kill opponents, and succeeded (Jobs succeeded better).
You can get a Windows notebook/netbook starting from less than $300 ($500 would get you a very good one). Show me a new mac notebook/netbook that cost any where close to that. When you claim Macs cost similar to Windows computers, it shows you do not know the computer market.
