Never accept gifts

A businessman wanted to bribe a congressman for business. He planed to use a new luxurious car to do so.

With cold face the congressman said: "Sir, in my general rules and my honors I won't be allowed to accept such a gift."

The businessman said: "Sir, I perfectly understand your position. Let's do it the other way - I sale the car to you with a price of 10 dollars."

Thinking a moment the congressman said: "If that is the case, I'll buy two such cars."
