“Make the Difference Disappear”

In 1876 Napoleon was named the Commander in Chief of Italy Front Army. In training and reorganizing the army that had very poor arms and disciplines, the short Napoleon looked at the much taller General Oreraur: “Mr. General, you won’t be so dumb to not see you are higher than I am by a head. Well, if you dared to not obey my orders I would make this difference disappear right away.” All the disputes became quiet quickly.
