“电话号码有误”应该是来自中方，说明你已经接入了中国移动的网络，对方无法接通你朋友的号码。一个原因是系统lookup出错，另外一个原因是中国移动无法roam back to the states (the warning msg is wrong in this case)。

如果你朋友的手机支持这边的频率，买个pre-paid sim card；否则，买个pre-paid wireless phone，不贵。
