急问:亲热过猛导致邻居电视摔坏的问题

我家住Apartment, 刚发生一件事故， 非常郁闷。

一小时前我和LD亲热, 动作幅度比较大，床头板冲撞墙几次，忽然隔壁有巨响，当时没来得及思考，继续做爱，就在那关键时刻门铃响，接着敲门声大作，只能去开门，邻居一白中年人气急败坏地问我What the fuch were you doing? 我说cooking啊。He said his 42 inch HDTV dropped on the floor, because I was knocking on the wall from my side too hard! 现在要我们赔偿损失。

请大家出点主意: 法律上对于亲热导致电视摔坏问题是怎样规定的?
