跟风：参考消息 和 藤藤菜 （空心菜）

现在回想起来，我对参考消息印象最深的报道，藤藤菜的好处。

大概70年代中，有篇报道说国外开始用藤藤菜来对付心血管疾病。

当年我们藤藤菜打主力，对此无感，当然大家自然明白领导的良苦用心。

后来大鱼大肉加cheese，现在终于读懂了当年参考消息的报道。

更有甚者，我们这儿，当年喂猪的红薯叶代替藤藤菜当了主力。
