个人以为，吹牛跟夸张的区别在于如何辨伪

夸张所表达的内容别人不会以为真的，像飞起来，累死了. 不会有人认为你真的会飞起来，真的死了.

吹牛所表达的内容难判断真伪，比如俺说和马老板吃过饭，和习大畅谈过，俺公司得到川大支持有照片为证
